Raise Voice Against Politics

Did you know that there is a system in our constitution, as per the 1969 act, in section "49-O" that a person can go to the polling booth, confirm his identity, get his finger marked and convey the presiding election officer that he doesn't want to vote for anyone!

Yes such a feature is available, but obviously these seemingly notorious leaders have never disclosed it. this is called 49-O...

Why should you go and say "i vote for nobody"? ... because, in a ward, if a candidate wins, say by xxx votes, and that particular ward has received 49-O votes more than xxx, then that polling will be cancelled and will have to be re-polled.

Not only that, but the candidature of the contestants will be removed and he cannot contest the re-polling, since people had already expressed their decision on him.
This would bring fear into parties and hence look for genuine candidates for their parties for election.

This would change the way, of our whole political system... it is seemingly surprising why, and election commission has not revealed this feature to the public ....
please spread this news ...

Seems to be a wonderful weapon against corrupt parties in India ... show your power, expressing your desire not to vote for anybody, is even more powerful than voting... so don't miss your chance.

So either vote, or vote not to vote (vote 49-O). Pass this info on all your Indian Friends/Citizens.....

Time To Wake Up...

11th Of July was another day to be added in the history of Mumbai for the wrong reasons.
Mumbai was yet again blasted by the bloody heartless terrorists.

News channels showing pictures of bodies scattered, which would make one feel numb in the head.

I felt saddened & angry at the same time.

Every news channel praising the spirit of Mumbaikars...... at that moment i didnt feel any pride in me of being a Mumbaikar, I felt helpless like many others watchin TV at home, trying to reach out to friends n family but to no avail as the cellphones and landline were not working when u need them the most.
Yes i did feel nice about the way people were helping each other...there was no choice anyways...where were the cops?? where were the railway authorities...where was the government....it was only common people of mumbai to lend each other a hand.
Today all the newspapers & TV news proudly talk about the way Mumbai is back to normal......am i supposed to feel proud??

I dont feel proud at all, i feel angry, dejected & depressed.
Everything is back to normal as if nothing happened yesterday....great isnt it?
Its shameful i say...people died..fathers, brothers, mothers, sisters, friends were lost in a second & We are back to normal!!!

Have we become so insensitive towards life?
This attitude of Mumbai's great spirit has got us into trouble always...who benefits from all this....politicians, ministers & those bastards terrorists. Everyone forgets about it & moves on with life unkowingly sitting on seat with a death bomb lying beneath it.

The blasts of March 1993 are still fresh in my mind....the victims all dead forgotten...the culprits..all roaming free...our law system...waiting for another date of hearing...its been over 16 years & the case is still on.......its a never ending story.

Do you think it will change this time, i asked myself???
Who cares...i need to reach office..i need to complete my projects...today is a new day...i will move on with life..why such an attitude???? coz im a Mumbaikar. Salaam Mumbai.
Guys its time we changed our attitudes towards life, its time to pull up these corrupt politicians, ministers, its time to hang these terrorists to death...the time is now...... or else there would be no life left in mumbai..........only the spirit of Mumbai.

Definition of Success

Although being a small creature I thought of writing such big things, for this is where I find the freedom to express. Here I would like to write about something which I totally belive in, its "my" perspective towards situations in life and perception about the same. One could treat this as just another blog or find a true picture if this relates to oneself. This is about two basic and opposite entities - success vs failure. There's actually a very small gap b/w success and failure. I think if failure dejects then success is fearsome. Let us sneak into this gap and think about the difference between these two entities. Failure could be deferred success for some people. But, what is success????

Again I mention its just what I feel that I write over here. Success to me is nothing but......Ok, before that lets get into more relevant terms and create definitions for these.

"Competition" - This is the most essential thing in relevance to sustaining success.

"Talent" - God gifted attribute as an attachment for lifetime.

"Luck" - If this is good then everything falls into place.

"Hardwork" - Just one word - got no meaning.

Usually it is conveyed to people that he succeeded bcoz of his talent. What I ask, if he is not talented then is he not entitled to the same for his lifetime? And then it is said that he should work hard to achieve that competency level. According to the above definitions by me this is not possible. I take myself to my childhood and consider me to be a beggar child beeseeching for alms then would have I been able to be in a position I am now. I mean what amount of hard work I needed to put in and what was the probability to get through everything.

Some one said: "Khudi ko kar buland itna ki khuda bande se khud pooche bata teri raza kya hai".

Buland?? - bull s***. The person who wrote this might have been living in a free world (without any competition). There is no such bulandi nor any time to achieve it. Even God may have handed over the success pie to people for themselves to decide - who will get how much share of it. If luck is hard on you it will beat you even harder.

After having said all these I should be a little idealistic and mention one more term and define it:

"Attitude" - This is the one and only one thing that is in relevance to achieving a lifetime success in true sense.One with a proper attitude can correct those definitions above:

"Competition" - A must, needed for improvisation. Taken with true grace. Its not about preventing others to succeed but about raising ones own level.

"Talent" - Should be taken as an asset.

"Luck" - All about experimenting to explore your true talent.

"Hard Work" - The only key to success.

No one deserves anything from birth, its all about ones fate. How economist think of globalisation for his own benefit, everyone should come out of shell and provide helping hands to needy for the betterment of the society.

"Success to me is nothing but carrying on goodwill to an extent to satisfy you having accomplished something in life."

* Property market in Year 2001 -2004 was quiet Ok, People were able to buy Flats in reasonable rates.
*Year 2005 -2006 , Some of the well known builders started the rates boom , flat which was at the cost of Rs.900 Sq Ft now became 2200 to 2800

Q: Are there any additional facilities ?
--> No. Same Scheme/Area , Flat sold at 10 Lacks Now selling at 25 Lacks . (Baner ,Aundh , Kalyani Nagar ,Pashan,Other areas)

Q: Why Property increased so High ?
--> IT people competition to buy sweet home .

Q: Who is going to Benfit from this Property Boom ?
--> Only Builders and some of the Politicians

Q: How is the Bank's support on Home Loans ?
--> Last Year , Bank gave the loan's at flexible mimimum rate,Now Banks has sufficient number of customers ,
(Trap) Slowly Banker's increasing interst at % 0.5 every month .

IT People Who bought house for 22 Lacks for 20 Yrs , Now became 23 Yrs with raise of 0.5 %

Q. How some IT people can face the problems in Future ?
--> Companies are Project Based, If Projects are not there then People will not be there ..

Q. IT salaries are high in Market , How much actually IT-people getting in Hand ?
--> People, Who bought house of 22 Lacks to 40 Lacks They need to pay EMI
15,000 to 35,000 for 20 Yrs. If Bank keeps same interst rates .
Suppose Salary is 35- 40 K Per Month, 20K will be the EMI

Q. Is there any "Terms & Condition or Processes to increase rates" ?
--> No , Depends on Buiders Greediness . Every builder follows the different strategies
Builder sold one flat 1500 Per Sqft in Morning and 1800 Per Sqft in the Evening ,
There are no records maitained ..

Q. Who made builders smart & greedy ?
--> Fool IT people .
No body is asking, Flat was sold at 12 Lacks , Why now 24 Lacks ?

Q. Is Corporation water & MESB available to all schemes ?
--> Some of the area don't have the Corporation water at all , People surviving on Water Tankers.

** MESB .. Under Table ,can be managed easily ..

Q. What will be the condition If We are not able to Clear the Loan ?
--> Depends on individual capabilities

Q. How We can stop Builders -Property Boom ?

1) IT People should stop buying flats having prices not worth for the property.

2) Once rates are reasonable , With some legal process get the Booking .

3) Check Facilities, Convince, Road Approach, schools & Mainly co-operation water
Don't go by certification and best project ,One of Project in the Baner got awards for best building & all, but Buildings Looks like Loading & Boarding.

4) Ask Questions If I buy 2 BHK in Pashan , Pimple Saudhagar & other areas at 12 to 30 Lacs , Do I get resale value in future?

5) Today you are capable for paying 1000 -3000 maintainance per month ? Will will be the same case after 20-30yrs after retirement .

6) In All, Don't stretch more to get the more & more loans other wise it will create unnecessary pressure and tension .
